Placed an order to my apartment complex, however, their driver's seem to not be able to understand basic instructions and left the food at a completely different apartment at the other side of the complex. I called to get support, and they had an attitude the entire call, no empathy, did not offer to have the order remade and redelivered, or at the minimum send the driver to retrieve the food and bring it to the correct location. I asked what they can do to support me - they rushing stated they will be issuing a refund and hung up the phone. I've never experienced such a lack of customer care or support for a service/good i paid for. I do not reccomend ordering from this location.
