  I had unique experience yesterday where I was physically and logistically unable to pick up an order I placed online. The called the store to see if I could cancel the order, I was told I needed to cancel it online since it was made online. I couldn’t find anywhere online to cancel, so I just resigned myself to the fact that I wouldn’t get the food or the money back. I called back and spoke with Khalil ( sincerest apologies if I misspelled his name!) and asked him was there anyway I could possibly pick it up at a later time. He said that I could, he’d remember and make sure it happened. I called in this morning and was lucky enough to reach him again. He remembered immediately, asked what time I wanted it ready, and said he’d see me then. He called me about 10 minutes before my requested pick up time with some questions. To say he went above and beyond is putting lightly. I was so impressed by him! Then, when I picked up my food, I was surprised to find the entire staff, including the manager, were kind, courteous, and just overall amazing! This was my first experience at any Wingstop. The good was amazing, but the staff was PHENOMENAL! I walked in fully planning to leave a review for Khalil and walked out impressed with every single one of them. I will definitely be back again and again. Thank you all so much!

  Consistently good food, service is hit or miss but management is always very polite no matter who is on staff!

  Me and my children went per their request. Staff at the front welcomed us in. I order 2 6 piece boneless combos and one 8 piece for dine in. When our food was brought to the table we had all the correct flavors but a chicken tender combos and 2 bone-in combos. Told front staff that my entire order was wrong and to not worry about refining it because we hadn’t eaten all day. He did apologize twice but didn’t offer anything. Bathroom and restaurant was clean.

  I love great customer service and Wing Stop knows how to deliver! They have a brand new released flavor- citrus mojo- and it is amazing!!!!! My new favorite choice. Of course their fries are always a fave!

  Excellent service. The staff was amazing, everyone was working with urgency while having positive attitudes. The cashier was so kind and guided me through the sauces as it was my first time ordering. I did not feel rushed at all, he was a very patient young man. Good service is hard to come by these days. I really appreciated this experience.
