  I honestly dont understand how you can mess this up. I ordered 1 item. A spicy chicken sandwich no pickle, no tomato. How do you forget the lettuce? I dont want a mayo sandwich bro what is this. Y'all taking this 1 star.

  I just went into this particular location, and asked for a senior coffee. The young man at the register stated that he didn’t know if any was made, which was ok with me, I would have waited. He approached the manager at the time who stated the we no longer sell coffee products, only ice coffee. He gave her a perplexed look, and then returned to me to tell me they no longer sold coffee. I didnt make a fuss, I just left and aksed my wife to stop by the drive thru sign which still advertised coffee, as well as when we drive by the drive-thru, we saw a coffee pot. As a senior disabled veteran, this was totally unacceptable to me to blantantly lie about something so trivial as coffee. If it wasnt brewed I would have patiently waited. I also contacted the Wendy’s in Carrollton, and asked them if for any reason they stopped serving coffee products to which the manager stated that wasn’t true. I’ve instructed Veterans that I know in the area to avoid this location because this is how they treat Veterans. I hope Wendy’s as a whole does not treat Veterans in this manner. Thank You
