    In short words.. This place is a "HIT OR MISS" 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️. Between your there for 25-20 min because they take 5 mins per car to take ONE ORDER or your in and out in 5 mins even with a long line........🤷‍♂️ Like I said "HIT OR MISS"

    Almost 40 minute wait on a cherry limeade that tastes like dishwater and a Frito wrap that was soggy by the time I got it.

    Order all wrong. Took it back and it was wrong again. It was busy so maybe that was it. Ill try again and see what happens.

    Date of visit is 3/19/26 at 8:30pm. We ordered for our family of 5 with a $60+ total. They were busy, but the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. We handed out the food, then realized we were given chili cheese tots instead of chili cheese fries (my son is picky and wouldn’t eat tots) and were shorted 2 chili cheese footlongs. We make the employee aware and she said cameras were being checked because “Everything was put in the bag. The hot dogs are in the bottom.” Which they were in fact NOT in the bag(s). The employee, who identified herself as Keshia, seemed to be highly bothered by the fact we were shorted food on our $60+ order and kept cutting my husband off while he was speaking. The attitude towards us was absolutely unacceptable. As a restaurant owner, this type of behavior towards a customer when it is the establishment’s error is ridiculous and absurd. Do better, Sonic…..and Keshia.
