  I haven't had Pizza Hut in a few years now, but decided to give them another chance after a bad experience the last time. I am glad I did, they were super fast, and honestly... their pizza has improved and they are better than other pizza delivery places in Villa Rica. My toddler tried to take the slices I was eating! The only complaints I have: they did not have the pesto on our pizza as ordered, and that the pizza could have been cooked slightly longer.

  The cook cannot read directions and pizza is always wrong. They cannot comprehend or read ez cheese extra sauce because they do the exact opposite and has happen on different occasions. If they would read entire tickets they would make the pizza correct.

  Order April 6 around 6 p.m. 2025. I order one Black olive, one pesto drizzle, and one pineapple pizza along with spicy garlic wings. All but the pineapple were wrong. About 6 olives on the olive pizza, no pesto drizzle, and the wings were buffalo, I tasted to make sure. This is the second time we ordered and it was wrong so this time we called hq, the man was extremely nice and said he would get us new, correct pizzas. Not 10 minutes later, we got a called from the store and a younger sounding girl immediately( in a bad attitude and angry tone) said we don't have Black olives we are out, and it said you didnt even ordered we Black olives so I will have to charge you again. ( are you out or not?) We said we have the recipet and she said we'll we are out and it doesn't say you order that so what else do you want. So we went with a half pineapple and half cheese. We were suppose to get that, along with a pizza that did have pesto drizzle and the correct wings. Well it finally came, the half and half was right but no pesto drizzle again and no wings period. After her attitude towards us, though we kept our cool and respond nicely, and the wrong order twice as in we don't care, I will no longer order from here. I've eaten here a bunch and it's normally awesome but after tonight, I can't bring myself too. Consumer service is just as important as the food, and vice versa. Be blessed.
