  Everytime I make the stupid decision to eat at a McDonalds i am always left severely disappointed. If you ask them to add anything, like mayo for instance, they put enough mayo on there for 4 sandwiches. They always forget something and no matter how many cars are in the drive thru lane expect to be there for at least 10-15 minutes. This last visit i ate a couple bites of my burger, and then saved the rest until I got to where I was going because there was so much mayo added every bite sent globs of it falling out. Upon reaching my destination and going to finish the burger, I immediately noticed the meat patties were solid red in the middle. If any place would benefit more from robot employees it would be mcdonalds

  I waited 20 minutes for 2 Iced Coffees! The 20 minutes wait came with no apology and almost no communication. The 2 managers didn’t seem to care and even though I tried to talk to them, they never looked at me and barely responded. The bathroom was a mess as was the dining room. They said their espresso machine was down for cleaning as I had ordered an extra espresso shot in one of my Iced Coffees. They were trying to refund my purchase which I didn’t ask for and when I realized what they were doing I insisted unjust given me 2 Iced Coffees and forgetting the extra espresso shot that I paid for. Overall, poor skill-set, poor resolution capability and poor communication.
