Your staff handled the situation extremely well. I was so impressed with how apologetic they were to the patrons in the restaurant and I really just wanted to hug them all because they NEVER should have had to deal with such people. There was one sweet lady that was not feeling well that took the brunt of their anger and I felt so bad. Please let them know just how great they are! Next time we are in town, we will be back!!!

I mean the chicken was so spoiled you could smell it while it was in the package … my husband , Being a brave soul ate one thinking it may just be the container , he immediately spit it out and tried to eat a different flavor thinking it was just that batch , nope spoiled too and he became very sick . Giving spoiled chicken can kill someone , do better for your community wingstop!!

We live in Carrollton but will not hesitate to make the drive to such a great place. The dining area was clean. The flavors are delicious. EVERYONE was super nice. It’s been a while that we have encountered such great customer service. I’m very happy with my experience there. Highly recommend.

On way home my daughter opened the box and the new wings were hot as well. How many times are they going to get it wrong! This is my 2nd and last time here. The first time the wings were dry and tasteless but it had been a while and decided to go back. Wings were not good 2nd time either and they are not cheap.
