Went to the drive through placed a taco bell order, got to the window, there was 1 other car in front waiting for their order, thought they had maybe a specialty item. I paid for my order. Then waited, 10 min, 20 min, 30 min . . . A group of about 3 or 4 guys came out, said they had waited over an hour for food. The car in front of me went inside, I could see them arguing. I flagged someone to the window, they said they were behind, short staffed and had no ETA, I asked for a refund, was told they dont do refunds, asked for the manager, they don't have a manager. They gave me a phone #, which I belive was fake as the person had no relation to taco bell. After 40 min. when the person in front of me left, I too was able to leave. Filed a chargeback with my bank.

Just to get home and my order was all wrong

Which proceeds to take 8 minutes to make and when I receive it everything is cold, the chalupa didn’t even have any meat in it. As this was a drive thru order I was already gone before I realized the issue with the food.
