  Placed an order for curbside because I had my kid with me in the car. Waited for over 10 minutes in the parking lot after the app said my order was ready and nobody came out, called multiple times and nobody answered. Had no choice but to walk inside and heard the phone ringing constantly but no one picked it up. It took several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me and when they finally did I realized they hadn’t even started my order. I will go out of my way to avoid this subway.

  Ordered 3 sandwiches take out on app. We were missing a lot of things, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was the rude 19 year old girl who was the only one there and she said she watched the sandwiches be made. Of course she did,she did because she was the one who made them. We don't always have problems there, and it normally is just ok but never good. Just ok enough to order again in long time. We did get a full refund, but only after she was rude. And she said "call corporate" but I know that corporate for any company does not actually do anything. And it didn't. One star because of rude people.

  It is about average, but the sandwich makers are friendly and point out good deals.
