- LALaura AnneJul 31, 20211.0I ordered from the app and didn’t realize when I selected delivery they switched my location as both are on 61 and in VR. Both of my items were wrong. My salad was missing half of the ingredients. Boring but edible. My wrap came with uncooked raw bacon and the wrong dressing. Instead of the Chipotle sauce they put Italian dressing on it. It was so disgusting I tossed it. I called the location on my receipt and they answered the phone “hello.” I thought I called the wrong number. No business answers the phone “hello.” When I clarified this was in fact subway and told him my food was messed up he told me “I don’t know what to do.” I paid $20 to have food delivered that I tossed and ate a pb/j sandwich instead and the location doesn’t know how to fix my issue by refunding me or getting me the correct food. I guess I have to dispute the transaction with my bank. Go to another subway! I’ll never order from this location again.
