  The last two times I been the pizza crust has been different it seems like It’s not that fluffy papa John’s crusted they’ve always had it seems more along the lines of dominoes type crust and it’s a little thinner. Not sure if it’s just me. Service is fast. The food is hot. Food taste Fine just seems to be missing it. Papa John’s crust that they’ve been known for.

  Edit: Saw that the $6.99 is back and was absolutely happy. I saw the reply and thank you for taking the time respond. Awesome pizza, fast service and my overall choice for pizza! The pizza is extremely good. They give you a good amount a cheese, though toppings amount can be hut or miss. They have extremely great chicken, and they various sides are quite good as well. Overall defiantly better pizza.

  A few times a year, we place a large order for family gatherings at my grandmother's house. A few times we had issues with our food getting delivered way too early, but thanks to Troy reaching out we found out that has more to do with Papa John's software than the restaurant itself. Troy went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. All that to say, we placed a large order this Friday night, and everything was awesome! Fresh, hot, delicious food was delivered right on time. Thank you for making it easier to get together with our family and not have to slave away in the kitchen to feed everyone. Also, hot tip: if you want something delivered at a specific time, you're better off calling the restaurant, rather than placing the order online.

  Edit: I would just like to say that Troy went above and beyond in investigating my complaint in order to make things right. Not many companies these days care enough to do that, so I appreciate it. I used to love Papa John's and order from them quite regularly. Then in December I received a pizza that looked like it was dropped and all the toppings fell off. I reached out but never heard anything. No big deal. I just quit eating there. Until last night. I ordered a special. My son complained about how dry the pizza was, so I peeled back my toppings and the pizza wasn't exactly swimming in sauce and this was one of three slices out of 16 that had the most sauce on it. If this is the way they make their pizzas now, I will continue to take my business elsewhere.
