- BBBuffaloSteve2 days ago1.0I waited 20 minutes for 2 Iced Coffees! The 20 minutes wait came with no apology and almost no communication. The 2 managers didn’t seem to care and even though I tried to talk to them, they never looked at me and barely responded. The bathroom was a mess as was the dining room. They said their espresso machine was down for cleaning as I had ordered an extra espresso shot in one of my Iced Coffees. They were trying to refund my purchase which I didn’t ask for and when I realized what they were doing I insisted unjust given me 2 Iced Coffees and forgetting the extra espresso shot that I paid for. Overall, poor skill-set, poor resolution capability and poor communication.
