No write anything. It wasn’t even sweet. Or white. Completely wrong. How is it so hard when I repeated it 5 times at the speaker and again at the window when they asked what I had… busy or not I’ve worked in busy times, it’s not that hard to make what you hear, you never know someone’s financial situation to be playing with people’s money. And when I called they just hung up on me. Shame on yall bc I am never a problem customer, but this is crazy as hell after repeating something multiple times.

I wish i was kidding when i say that i waited 30 MINUTES to get my food (making me late to work). I never complain or ever yell at staff but I had to yell “excuse me, i don’t mean to be rude but can i please get my order, i’ve waited 30 mins” I was still ignored. I completely understand morning rush but at least 5-10 people came in after me and got their order, as well as the drive thru. I would never normally write a review or complain but this was absolutely ridiculous .
