So DISAPPOINTING AND RUDE!!! So, no one is checking the container before it is closed?????? One day it’s no chips, the next day no honey vinaigrette, and then the next it’s something else entirely. It’s ridiculous how inconsistent they are. I absolutely hate that this is the closest location to me, because I’d honestly rather drive all the way to Douglasville just to get a complete order. And don’t even get me started on trying to reach customer service — it’s a nightmare. Being forced to deal with an AI bot that runs you in circles before you can talk to a real person is completely unacceptable. This location is unprofessional, poorly managed, and just flat-out disappointing.
