  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle Mexican Grill location. The restaurant was not clean, and I found hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable. When I brought this to the manager Ryan’s attention, he was extremely rude and unprofessional instead of addressing the issue appropriately. I will be escalating this matter to corporate, as this experience did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before eating here.

  WARNING: If you order on line and pick up at window, check your order because for the 4th time my order has been completely wrong, and my food was cold.

  After going about 5 times I can come back and say they got this location together. Initially the service and management was having problems and that’s why the rating is so low. But they have gotten it together now and is exactly what you would expect and delicious. Worth trying again if you were put off during the beginning.

  I was at Chipotle, and at first a nice young African-American girl was making my food. All I get is a kid’s meal. She put meat on my plate—keep in mind that the kids’ meals are divided into three sections, so it’s not like a regular bowl. She filled the section with meat, which is what they are supposed to do at Chipotle. I actually spoke to a customer service representative before, and they said the portion is supposed to be filled to the top of the section in the kids’ meal container. The girl who was making my food did exactly that. Then the manager—I’m assuming he was the manager—a white Caucasian male with reddish-blond hair said, “That’s not enough. That’s too much meat. Take that out.” So she took some of it out, and I was literally left with about five pieces of meat, if that. I asked him, “Why would you tell her to take out the meat?” He said, “Because that’s too much.” I told him, “What do you mean? She’s filling it correctly. That doesn’t look like too much to me. It’s not even overflowing from the section. What do you mean that’s too much meat? That makes no sense.” Then he said, “Would you just want me to remake it?”—and he had the worst attitude. His attitude was terrible. I said, “No, that’s fine. What is that going to do?” Then he said, “Okay, so are you ready to check out?” At that point, I just walked out because I was so disturbed by the way he was speaking to me. He was very disrespectful and very rude. I will never be back here again. I was completely disgusted by the customer service there.
