Yes, my Church Family is regulars every Sunday for lunch but today we came in and there was music playing overhead. It was very loud. You could not hear each other talk. It was R&B music with some vulgar words and when we ask if they could just please turn it down a little bit, we were told that if we didn’t like the music playing or like what they had going on that we could leave and go somewhere else and they never would let us speak to the manager said he was not there and that they didn’t even know his name.
Ordered crinkle fries got curly fries, ordered macaroni and cheese got none! Then not knowing my order was wrong I gave the kid a $5 tip! Any questions?

Elijah greeted us and took great care of us! We initially went to Arby's bc of coupons and wanting something different instead of the "other" fast food joints. Elijah was smiling, funny with EXCELLENT customer service and offered suggestions to help the little ones to decide. We had a crew of indecisive grandkids, and myself, if I'm being honest, so it was refreshing to be able to laugh and see how well he interacted with all of us. We returned a couple of days later because of Elijah. Unfortunately, the 2nd time he was not there and it felt like a completely different atmosphere. Food was good on both visits but it really seemed so much better when it is served with kindness, enthusiasm and joy!
Ordered off of DoorDash, our chicken tenders weren’t in the bag and gave us a vanilla shake instead of a Jamocha shake. Talked to my dasher after seeing the chicken tenders missing and the shake was wrong, told me when he was there there was no one in drive thru. I could understand if it was busy something being missing or wrong, but no other customers are there and there’s no wait? Why is my order wrong or missing items. I don’t have a vehicle so I can’t get out there to even get it fixed. Called the store to talk to someone, someone answered the phone and all I heard was shuffling for a minute followed by the phone being hung up. No hello or nothing. Very disappointed Arbys.

I got what was suppose to be a super roast beef sandwich, it had very little meat on it, very little lettuce, no tomato at all and no Arby’s sauce, it has been awhile since I’ve been to a Arby’s but if this is the new Arby’s way, I’ll eat elsewhere!!! And I ask for extra sauce not knowing there was none on the sandwich and his reply was, We don’t have any!!!! 😠😠😠
