  Dirty store, rude, impatient, unfriendly, and unprofessional employees — mainly one man, though the others could’ve been more helpful too. 5/08/2026 around 12:00 AM. I’m from out of town and just wanted a late-night snack, so we walked to Taco Bell. We first tried ordering at the drive-thru, but were told for safety reasons we needed to place a mobile order instead, which was completely fine and understandable. What wasn’t okay was the attitude we were met with afterward when simply trying to receive our order and make sure it was correct. The young Black man working the window (possibly a manager) was extremely rude and clearly irritated from the beginning. When we checked the order, it was missing a Nacho Fry and two nacho cheese sauces, so I politely mentioned it. Instead of handling it professionally, he aggressively handed me a bag with barely filled fries and the sauces with an obvious attitude. I work in customer service myself, and even on a bad day I would never treat guests the way we were treated tonight. We were polite and understanding the entire time, especially regarding the mobile-order situation, so there was no reason for the hostility. To make things worse, we were still missing sauces after leaving. I just got back to my hotel and am writing this about 30 minutes later because that interaction genuinely bothered me. The behavior was unnecessary and unacceptable. Management seriously needs to reevaluate who they place in leadership/customer-facing positions because people representing the business should know how to treat customers with basic respect. P.S. after opening food and eating it realize the chicken was wrong. It was original instead of Spicy and Doritos Locos tacos one of them were wrong. It was supposed to be supreme and was not.

  I ordered through door dash and got two of their new chicken bite combos paid extra to upgrade to large nacho fries and they are hardly even half way full and literally 3 packets of sauce and didnt even get the sauce for my chicken like we ordered. The chicken is burnt..I called the store and the manager seemed to not even care and had a horrible tone in his voice and just kept saying they are suppose to grab it but the special sauces r not even kept in the lobby

  They said they “no longer serve” items clearly listed on the menu. Food prep and flavor were lacking.

  I order here too much because Taco Bell is my addiction. They normally do a great job, 10/10, but I ordered the mobile app meal for 4 and the crunch wrap supremes did not have cheese or sour cream sauce. I am pregnant and was extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to it cause my family has been sick and surviving off of soup for the past week. That's all, otherwise food is 10/10.
