  Date: 04/09/2026 Customer service sucks especially at the window. I wanted a refund for my order being wrong and no acknowledgement by greeting. It's like she order my meal for me.. the nerve . Literally just left from there. I use to love coming here as a lil' girl in Vidalia at Sonic . Now as being adult .. so much has changed to every fast food chain restaurant and it's disappointing.

  if I could give less stars I would. manager was very nasty and rude and acted like I was the bad guy because I didn't want my sonic blast in a cup with stickers on the bottom ro cover a hole

  Got 2 orders of lg mozzarella sticks and they over cooked them to the point that all the cheese was ozzed out of the bread sticks so all the insides where empty. Its my autistic son's favorite thing to get and he was so depressed when he saw how bad it was. I have been going there for a couple years now and never had an issue.
