She had no help making the sandwiches nor did the other person want to help me cause I wanted a drink and 2 cookies while I waited. Waited till the lady finished my sandwiches to get drink and cookies then she said no charge for drink and 2 cookies cause she had no help and i had to wait for her to finish the sandwiches and her oartner was no help so then i took it back to my wife and she said it was still hard bread to not be toasted. My mother in law in the hospital wasn't happy with her bread also. Luckily I got flatbread on my sandwich which I would have like toasted but I dont know if it was ordered toasted and warm.
