    Ordered online,still waited 20 minutes for order to be ready. Stiod at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. Won't be back!

    Staff and front counter not attentive to guests. Long wait time to order and long wait times to receive food. Twice I've been in a row, during slow times!! Older guests in there also mentioned being ignored! Staff cutting up loudly behind the sandwich area.

    Food was fresh a d delicious. But, seems this Arbys always forgets something! This time it was one sandwich out of only four ordered! Take your time to check the order before you leave.
