    Food was fresh a d delicious. But, seems this Arbys always forgets something! This time it was one sandwich out of only four ordered! Take your time to check the order before you leave.

    First we were parked because they didn’t have fries ready. When we got them they were definitely not freshly fried. The customer service person acted like she was not going to make it another minute. We had to go back to get Arnie’s sauce, ketchup, straws and napkins. I don’t mind paying for something but I expect to get what I pay for. Good luck to everybody else.

    We get bad experience everytime we go it seems..they either don't have milkshakes or don't know how to make them or don't have the whipped cream topping or chocolate sauce or they calling you baby honey darling ...sickening so guess we'll be spending our money elsewhere
