  No CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. No smile no can I take your order. Very rude. Every time I go to the Tropical Smoothie on Perimeter there is always ice in my smoothie and they have to make me a new one. Can we not just get it correct the first time?

  Excellent food- tried breakfast items including the pb flatbread, Cali flatbread, and sausage egg and cheese wrap. Customer service was great- they were quick to suggest ways to maximize the food I was getting, while minimizing the price.

  I ordered a island green smoothie with no turbinado sugar and an extra banana and my total with tax was $9.59 I get to the window and i hand the cashier my card and she then hands me the reader with my card in it for my pin number. I put the pin number in and get my smoothie and drive off. I look at my receipt to put the rewards in and I noticed I was charged $11.03. Im like i was told my total was $9.59...it says on the receipt a tip was added of $1.44...I did NOT add this tip... I understand it's only a $1.44 but I DID NOT do this and I think it's very shady of the employee and location for doing this. I will not be returning to this location and I will be telling my friends and family. It's ashamed because I do love tropical smoothie but I'd rather go somewhere that promotes good ethical commitments to customer service.

  Best smoothies in town hands-down customer service is excellent! Definitely recommend to anyone passing through or looking for a local spot

  This is the best store ! I come everyday on my break! The best staff! Everybody knows my name and they always speak and greet me when I walk in. Highly recommended! A+++++ group!!
