- DCDesiree’ CallowayApr 3, 20261.0Came here for my lunch break, the service was sooo slow… I walked in with 2 people in front of me, left out with 10 people behind me. By the time I actually got my food, it had gotten cold already. Yall should have atleast 2 people handling in store orders and 1-2 handling DoorDash orders. This is ridiculous!

There have been several times where they will come from the back with gloves already on and I ask for them to change their gloves. (I have no idea what they were doing back there!) No one has ever had a problem with my request…until today! The girl who was working got an attitude and told me, “I was just refilling the sauces.” “Okay,” I said. “How am I supposed to know what you were doing back there? Can you please change your gloves.” “I’M TELLIN YOU…I WAS FILLIN THE SAUCES” I walked out and will never go back to that Subway. I don’t understand why people can’t just do the job they were hired to do. So rude and unprofessional.
