  Arrived at 8:55pm for a carhop pickup . Parked in the stall and checked in on the app . Waited for 20 mins , decided to drive to the window . Employees were super unprofessional and rude saying they don’t do carhop after 7pm. So yall was just gonna let me sit there until morning ? And why was it an option to park & check in at a stall if ur not gonna honor it? These employees pick and choose what policies they wanna follow . I was literally the only customer and I saw 3 employees inside , and at no time did anyone try to make contact with me to tell me they don’t do car hop. No hand gestures , just blank stares and bs’n in there

  Ordered delivery…no sauces at all…not cheese for pretzels & no groovy sauce. I am on my way to this location because someone is talking away on the phone instead of working.
