  I don’t care for this fast food chain honestly however I’ve do enjoy the steak bagel and since it been long running on the menu. I decide to grab one however this location made it possible for me to be done with it all together. Bagel was crusty when they are normally chewy patty was dry overall it was just bad. So thanks but no thanks.

  People at drive through were extremely friendly. Food was hot and as ordered. All condiments requested were in the bag.

  This place is like any other McDonalds. The driver through personnel and window service were polite and helpful. Drive through was easy, there wasn't a long dive thru line and .y food was ready quickly. However, I order two chicken wrap and found the were cold and appeared to be thrown.

  Went to order shamrock shakes and shamrock McFlurrys on St. Patrick’s Day. The menu board had the items advertised , when I ordered the items I was told they are only served for a limited time…. The limited time of shamrock shakes end before St. Patrick’s Day?!

  Went through drive thru. Today at 1:28pm KS#13 order #23. I was coming from having an infusion at the hospital in my medical transport with several other patients. I have seizures and hard of hearing and wear dark light blocking glasses. I sat in the passenger seat in front. The driver was on a business call. I gave my order. The lady read it back to me, but couldn't understand that I was asking for unsweetened tea, she thought I asked for half lemonade half tea, sweet tea, so I spoke louder then she got it right. Then she INCORRECTLY READ BACK MY SANDWICH leaving off tomato so I loudly said, add tomato. She didn't respond. I said it again. Then she said, and VERY RUDELY I MIGHT ADD "MA'AM I KNOW YOU SEE ME ADDING TOMATO TO YOUR ORDER YOU HAVE TO GIVE MY SYSTEM TIME TO CATCH UP!" I told her I'm in the passenger seat so I can't see anything. She said just pull around. SOON AS WE GOT THERE SHE WAS READY HALFWAY OUT THE WINDOW TELLING US HOW WE SUPPOSED TO CONDUCT OURSELVES!! She's a manager!!! Talking about we can't be yelling through the thing because it's loud on their end! I told her I'm hard of hearing and she said why the driver didn't do it?? I said cuz she was on a call!! I said I use to be a manager at McDonald's and I NEVER did what she just did. Customer service should be at the FOREFRONT. THE CORNERSTONE. NOT ATTITUDE. OR CHASTISING CUSTOMERS.
