- ALA LMar 14, 20261.0Stopped here for lunch during a road trip, went through the drive thru. Once up to the window we sat there for at least 5 minutes with no interaction, no drinks, no reason for wait. I pulled up to go inside for a refund and of course they had my food ready so I told them im here and let them know they should really communicate if someone is going to be waiting and why. I could hear a bunch of girls in the back starting to yell and curse so I walked out to avoid a confrontation. This is unacceptable behavior and I don't know where the manager was but it seems there's no one in charge here. The generic owner response with link is BS and clearly isn't doing anything to fix these issues.

Valdosta Ga is known for one of the most prestigious universities in the state of Georgia and the employees should reconsider getting a proper education if they don’t want to work such establishment as this I’m talking about attitudes on 10 from the manager on down Because they are so nasty I am a doctor if one was to choke in there my oath as a doctor would’ve been broken cause no life wouldn’t have been save this night of March 8, 2026 I just lost my mother and you know everyone is going through something and it pays to be kind to each other but I will sincerely pray for the staff working this night. Make it a great day or not the choice is yours. 8:15pm
