  I get that the Huntrix meal is limited edition and sometimes you won’t have everything but if you’re out of something that BELONGS IN THE MEAL and is the WHOLE REASON people are getting it then maybe tell people you’re out of that thing. I came here from Madison to get two huntrix meals for me and my bf because we were very excited to try them but the other McDonald’s closer to us were sold out, I got to this one and they had them! I thought “lucky me! I get to do this nice thing for my man and share this cute little memory with him”. I get all the way home in MADISON and realize there’s absolutely NO FRY SEASONING WHICH IS HONESTLY THE MAIN REASON FOR TRYING THE MEAL SO LIKE. What the heck guys, I literally ALWAYS have problems with this McDonald’s. I tried to give them another chance and I looked in the boxes and everything looked good on the surface, I thought maybe the thinner stuff would be hiding underneath stuff. Silly me I guess. Next time I’ll just search everything one by one in front of the window and hold up the line. Honestly do better. Because I’m jaded now.

  "open 24 hours" is a blatant lie and they close for unspecified amounts of time at inconsistent hours between roughly 3-5 am they should not be listed as open when they can't even take an order

  I would give it 0 starts if I could. Waste of time and money. Took over 30 minutes for 4 burgers, 2 small fries and 2 small drinks. The teen that brought our food to the car looked miserable, no hi no greeting no manners & FORGOT our drinks SHOCKER! When asked about them said “oh no one else brought them out” why would they bring 2 small drinks before the food? Crappy customer services and horrible food!! Won’t be going back there again! This place just gets worst and worst and the employees are horrible!

  The night manager - Del - lacks professionalism on every account. Ive worked in fast food (as a cashier and as a supervisor); the code on my app wasnt registering in the register no matter how many times I refreshed my system and they did theres. Now, granite; all I was getting free w my points was a mcchicken, but its the principle behind it. The man came out the woodwork blaming me and my phone, when the app on my phone worked just fine at another McDonalds 30 mins later. And when I asked his drive thru worker what his name was, he decided it was cute to be petty and attempt to intimidate me. He hadnt given out food any other time, but made sure to hand me my bag like it hadnt made the difference. Not really looking for free stuff, but being Ive worked in customer service and if the customer is showing me the coupon and how it should be discounted- Ive always been shown to take it off for the customer being their showing the proof. Not this guy, apparently it was me and mine and it couldn't be any of the items inside the store. I dont usually go to that McDonalds and thats why. Consistently hiring folks that are constantly disrespectful and don't know how to speak to customers.

  I don't understand why and how they got my food mixed up with the customers who were inside and there is a worker there who's family owns a McDonald's and Florida and that person is about to open their own McDonald's franchise and is also a investor inside McDonald's chain so I don't understand the pulling cars up just to give us the wrong damn order and not give me my drinks and said they didn't get placed on my order but I can say it's clean but wrong order
