  Terrible I ordered and Iced Coffee with extra syrup and waited over 20 minutes and had to let them know I havnt gotten it yet for one of the staff to argue with me and tell me I didn’t order extra syrup and there’s nothing she can do about it . I even told I paid more for and she still kept denying and arguing with me !

  Horrible everything, except taste of fish sandwiches and fries. No one at counter, all kiosk driven. Grab a number to sit on your table. Sign says they will bring your food to your table. It was an extraordinarily long wait for fast food. Only saw 2 other couples seated in dining room, and also waiting for food. After 20 minutes a female voice yells our table number and disappears promptly to back room. Absolutely zero customer service! Can't ask for a refill of ice tea. No drink fountains in dining room here. They gave us 3 napkins in our sack. Napkins are no longer available at table or in the dining room. My husband wanted to sweeten his iced tea. No condiments, napkins, straws, or utensils are provided anywhere in dining room. We promptly went through our 3 napkins due to the oversaturation of tartar sauce dripping from our sandwiches. Had to go to bathroom hoping to wash hands. No paper towels in there either. It was the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever visited. We will never return to this location.
