  I love their chicken here. If your looking for fried chicken try Hip Hops. The food always comes fresh and hot. The staff are friendly and the service is fast. I eat here at least twice a week, yeah it's that good!

  I drove from Madison, FL to get food . Ordered livers & got gizzards, Cat fish nuggets hard as a damn brick…just messed up my whole meal & I’m not driving back to GA PISSED 🤬

  False advertising for the price. Got a 50 pc wing which online is listed as 32.99 & at the store it was 55.99 BEFORE TAX. Was shorted a few wings also but that wasn’t even the biggest issue.

  I waited in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes. When I got to the window and received my food, it wasn’t what I ordered. I handed it back and let them know, and they gave me another plate that matched my order. I had asked for extra seasoning when I was ordering my food, and when I mentioned it, the employee (a brown-skinned guy with dreads) took my food back. As he walked away, he had an attitude and was talking trash. Like it was my fault that yall messed my order up! When he brought it back, it had an excessive amount of seasoning dumped on top..like a whole white layer AND there was a piece of hair sitting on top of all the seasoning. I told them to take it back, they looked at it, saw the hair, and refunded my money. I’ve been here before without issues, but this experience and the attitude were completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
