  Initial appearances tells you that that building is new and modern (it's that new style industrial chic every other restaurant uses now). So you'd expect it to be clean, but one of the first things I noticed was that the floor was slick-like whoever mopped it last didn't use degreaser in the bucket. Then one of the first signs I noticed was the one I've shared-about a time limit inside of 30 minutes, and that restrooms are for customers only. So I'm already not feeling welcome in the place. We order, and that goes ok, but I'm already getting the feeling that the cashier is already mentally checked out of their job, again getting the feeling that I'm not welcome. We get our food, in a bag despite not telling them it's a to go order. I ask for ketchup packets since both of the ketchup dispensers are empty, and instead of dumping them in my hand, the cashier holds them out and expects me to pick them out of their hand? Anyway, the food is ok, the fries are hot and fresh, the drinks out of the fancy Paninfarina Coke machine are good, although the buns seemed a little stale. The bathroom was kinda dirty and the urinal's auto flush didn't work (but thankfully the button did). They keep it cold in there (easily <68°), so being a jacket!

  I went through the drive around 12 ordered 4 meals and a shake . Forgot my shake , Drove Back To A Long Line so I At the speaker I asked can they please have someone meet me at the door with the shake due to a long waiting long and ILL Tip A Dollar . they replied over the speaker 5$ laughing so I closed my door to ride off and said oh they say they don’t want to do it . I didn’t think I was asking for too much of a deal but hey next time remember that shake fam

  A few weeks ago my crew and I visited this Wendy’s location. We received outstanding customer service from Aaliyah! She was friendly, professional and expedient! Despite us having to pull up and wait on our order, we were thankful for the hot, fresh food.
