  Normally great food. I ordered a coffee today and saw them pour chunky milk inside. Tasted horrible as milk obviously spoiled. They say they expiration date was a year later but that doesn't mean the milk isn't bad. Compensation offered was another spoiled milk coffee or a large drink which costs 60 cents less, they refused to give me 2 large sodas, as if thr 2 dollar difference was unacceptable after drinking poison. Normally great food but some dumb employees and bad customer service experience

  I went through the drive-through. Everyone has a horrible attitude horrible. I couldn’t have tried to be more pleasant because I understand. Sometimes people have a bad day, but it was everyone everyone I had to interact with. They completely messed up the order so I had to come out of the drive-through to go inside and she had an attitude the ketchup I asked for completely covered in like jam and stuck together just nasty. I do not understand two drinks, one straw, but more than anything, it was everybody’s attitude from speaker to handing me food to the lady that I had to ask for my large fry that was on there. I just don’t understand why everyone’s attitude is just so bad. I’d be happy you have a job if you don’t like your job go find a different job but being unpleasant the customers who just come there has been their money and have a decent experience. I don’t expect Chick-fil-A service but come on a little kindness goes a long way you are in the service industry. You are at work and I’m not pulling up to your house. It makes me feel like the manager general manager. The owner must not give a damn for it to be so many people literally 3 Different people, horrible attitudes, and one person and they’re just hanging out with his friends at the desk, not paying attention to any customers while he’s on the clock I just could never
