My advice for the person working the window, if you do not like your job get another one. If you dont like working fast food, then upskilled yourself and get a job you do like. In any event, your poor attitude should NEVER be demonstrated to the public. (And I have never given a review about a restaurant before.) Until the management can sort out its staffing issues, I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
