The app offered it as an option, but I said it wasn't a big deal if they couldn't do it, he responded that they had just never done it before, then another young man (presumably working the grill) popped his head around the corner and told me "I got you!" I didn't get either of their names, but wanted them to know that the grilled "Meximelts" were fabulous and their friendliness and willingness to grill it made my day. A refreshing change from experiences I've had at this location before. Both these young men were delightful and the food was good and hot.

Only person in lobby shouldn't have to wait 25 minutes and half Luxe box is still missing while adults acting like children are making fools of themselves behind the counter.
