He was told that they don’t do refunds. The lady took his receipt from him and said come back tomorrow. I went back over to get the receipt. The lady Barbara said she had put it on the manager’s desk. I asked for it back so that my husband had it when he comes back in. Barbara stated that they needed it. I asked for it back again. She then threw her hands up in the air walked away and said fine I’m not going to argue with you. I don’t understand why she needed the receipt so badly. My husband could have easily kept it and brought it back in tomorrow. Barbara has horrible customer service.
