  They locking doors during open hours and you can see people in there working and when you call and they answer. Card machine don’t work

  I truly love subway I don’t have a problem with them as a restaurant but tonight I got off of my third job of the day 9pm also a food industry, got there are 9:05 the minute I pulled up the young woman was moping and felt bad but I apologized when I walked in(no response) she was throwing a clear fit about me pulling up at that time I get it but people get off late too and need to eat. The young gentleman was nice and took my order I even didn’t bother getting one of the sandwiches toasted because of how late it was to convenience them. Just over all didn’t feel comfortable felt unwanted there and right when I was checking out (even left a tip because of the time) the young woman immediately shouted I was their last customer as another one was pulling in and turned the open sign off stating she didn’t care what the sign said. I also work food service and as aggravating as it is you should still treat customers with good service. I will not be coming back to this location no other location has had a problem with me coming in late and one location actually knowing me knows I work my butt off and still need to eat before I wake up again at 4am to start a 12hr shift. They great me with a smile on their face . Seems Valdosta has a customer service issue (not from here)

  The two ladies at this Subway on Gronto gave me excellent customer service and as I about to leave said, " Have a blessed day". If great customer service is a large on your list I strongly recommend this Subway facility.

  Couldn't get anyone to help me. Woman with blue hair kept looking at me but refused to acknowledge me. I said excuse me and she walked away. This location use yo be great.
