    I have been a fan of Papa John's pizza since early 90s. This one in Valdosta has been the most disappointing one I've ever been to and I have had them in 3 other states. This one is super skimpy on toppings. I will order them in Florida or Ohio where they are much better than here.

    We tried to place a $100+ order through the app for carryout and the app kept saying they were closed. We walked in to try and place the order in-person and instead of helping us get the order placed, the girl at the counter walked away and didn't say anything, a guy in a polo said to the staff "well guess we're closed guys everyone go home", then another guy at the register proceeded to get on the app, placed a fake order to show that it's working, even though we showed them it wasn't working for us. Not once did anyone try to take our order. We sat there for 10 minutes and they helped 4 other people who walked in, but did not once talk to us after this. I then said "is anyone gonna take our order" because at this point we were frustrated and the first lady gave me a side eye and proceeded to help another person. Absolutely horrible service. I've never left a bad review for anyone, but this was absolutely unacceptable.

    Ordered an epic stuffed crust, extra garlic sauce, and a 2 liter. I received the pizza, the wrong sauce, and a 20 ounce. Delivery was later and food dropped off at the door with no knock.
