  This location appears to be shutting down. Our first clue was the almost empty parking lot, while the restaurant next door was mobbed. Once inside, we saw very few employees or customers. We sat down at the bar and waited quite a while for anyone to show up. The wine selection was poor ( only half bottles of certain types available) so my husband asked for a vodka and tonic. The “bartender “ shrugged and said they didn’t have tonic! At that point we decided to leave so we never ordered dinner. We used to stop here on our way to and from Florida and have always enjoyed the food and service. Outback updated this location recently and it was a big improvement. Now it looks lonely and sad. Judging by the lack of customers we are not the only ones who think something is very wrong and we will reluctantly go elsewhere.

  My waitress was exceptional in customer care & very knowledgeable with the menu! The greeter at the door was very polite & welcoming. Just a very nice added touch!

  Just what outback i'm not impressed. My lobster had broken shell in it.Imagine the look on my face when I went to bite a piece and I got shells stuck between my teeth and it cut my gum. My server didn't care when I told her. Never going back. Thanks for ruining my anniversary.

  We had an experience that was not what we know to not be outback standard. Issues that were not our waitress fault! If you go and have the ability to have Trish as your waitress know you are in good hands! She is absolutely amazing! Food could be improved both quality and kitchen workers issues, but that is not on waitstaff!

  So i travel for a living and I love to stop at outback for a kingsland pasta. Now i got to this location at 8pm wait was only 10 minutes which was awesome considering the location amd time of day / night it was . I ordered the kingsland pasta plate with 2 skewers of shrimp ( sub chicken / steak for extra shrimp) like I always do especially on fridays ! Everywhere i go in the country they bring me a pasta plate with TWO skewers of shrimp neatly placed on my pasta. The waitress come in and puts the plate infront of me missing 1 skewer of shrimp so i told her that its missing a scewer of shrimp she said no it comes with only 8 when you sub now i have been eating at outback for like 2 years i NEVER heard such a thing so i said miss i order this all the time i never heard this before so she goes gets the kitchen manager ! So i explain to him my concern then he sayd no when you sub. You get 8 pieces of shrimp wheich to me sounds rediculus to get 3 tiny pieces shrimp for a steak or a chicken breast ! Not a big deal by the way! The issue is he was very stiff and unwelcoming and so just robot feeling amd sounding ! So i stiffened and said one more stick of shrimp or i dont want the meal ! Now the manager said you wanna concel ur dinner ! I said unless i get my shrimp so he said ill take care of that for you ! When he walked away i felt a relief in my heart that he is making sure the customer is happey and promised myself to thank him and tip the waitress well, part of felt a little bad about the situation... as i eased back and started to eat my plate thinking he sent for more shrimp for me! Suddenly he comes back to my table and grabs my plate from infront of me and says i canceled your order !!! At that instant i had my fork with pasta on it a bite of shrimp in my mouth as he grabs my plate ! I was instantly confused, Shocked at how wrong i was and also embarresd! I immediately felt bad that I ate off the plate A 40 year old man who is not easily embarresd by the way, was treated like a child at outback steak house !! As i got up off my table i started to say that ill pay for what I ate but all i can see was his back as he walked away ! I turned to the door and left feeling mis treated and embarresd ! As i got to the car and gatherd myself i realized that all of that was over 4 pieces of shrimp !!! Every skewer comes with 6 pieces of shrimp they put 8 on my plate and i wad expecting 12 pieces of shrimp !🤷 It all happend so fast i only realized that when i got to the car !!! As I write this review i couldnt but help notice that when I called texas Road house they had an hour and a half wait at their resturant yet this particular outback had 10 minutes wait !!! I guess that should have been a sigen. That kitchen manager was and Is a disgusting human being !!! I will NEVER step foot inside an outback ever again shame on you !!
