Yall lost me a customer, this was the first time in years I came here just to give you another chance. I get there and half the building is empty and the server tells me a 2 hour wait time. Thats ridiculous, just laziness. Managers need to start making their employees works instead of coddling them.

The first year Outback has giving a free meal to veterans. They have failed big time. I got here when they opened and 1 hour and 15 minutes later still no food. They were not prepared for veterans day. Sydney was almost waiting on all the tables by herself. She gave it an extra star. I think she was not supposed to work today. Maybe too many lazy people don't want to work. They was out of soup within 30 minutes of opening. I'm glad they are supporting the military today. The food was good.

We had a great meal here. The restaurant has recently been renovated and it has really been improved. We had the aussie trio appetizer, the Queensland pasta and the 3 course meal (wedge salad, bloomin burger, and cheesecake). Everything was fresh and tasty! We forgot to take photos.

I ordered a curbside pickup with a baked potato and a salad, with requested extra butter and sour cream for the potato. When I eventually opened it, I had one small container of butter. This to be shared, I guess, between the potato and the bread I was given. And the napkin -- singular -- provided for all of this was thin and small. Nothing else about the food and the order preparation was good, but this was the topper -- when they presented the check the software defaulted to a *TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT* tip. I have been getting to-go orders for many years, and know that a ten percent tip is customary. But to default to that when you provide such awful food and service? A level of tip that the finest restaurant doesn't ask for? Amazingly bad.
