But it's the only McDonald's that I've occasionally visited and there's a chronic need of better management. Ordered some ice for myself and my grandson on the App. Went through the drive thru, got my receipt at the 1st window & proceeded to the pick up window where I was told the milk shake machine was down. My 11 yr old Grandson was so disgusted & the confusion of what they were telling us led to us getting whatever because I couldn't get a refund since I ordered on the McDonald's App😡

That is saying a lot since I travel for work. 3 employees including the manager could not operate the register and the kiosk was out of order. Finally the manager pulled a worker from the food area to come assist. Very disorganized. Everyone seemed lost in what exactly they should be doing. A lot of standing around waiting then tripping over each other. So glad it was not during peak lunch hours. Only two other customers eating in the dining room and our food was not prepared correctly for kids that want things plain or without lettuce. I will say the drive thru looked like they had it together. Don't waste your time or energy at this location. Drive to the next exit.

As for the order, the fries were Luke warm at best and the burger was dry. Came into the store to get replacements. Not very receptive.
