There was no cancel button on the order and Lake city told me to talk to them at the Valdosta location because they couldnt cancel it either. Manager on duty told me I would have to drive to get my food. That's a hour each way. Unrealistic. I said what do I just loose my 24 dollars and he said I guess so. Terrible service. So I don't get dinner and I have lost 24 dollars. Lake City said they would have just made my food to take care of me if it was their store.

It took 20 min after I ordered to get my food which was a bacon cheese burger small fry and a regular drink, total was $25. On top of that my frys were way over cooked. If I wasn't so Hungary I would have asked for a refund. For $25 I would expect to receive my food in a timely manner and to have the frys cook properly with the crispy outside and a mashed potato inside. Very disappointing

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
