I have been a long time fan of fazolis and gone here to this exact location since I was a little girl. I decided to take my babies here for the experience I remembered-the warm and inviting atmosphere and quick and delicious Italian night kiddos usually enjoy. I did a mobile order ahead of time bc I live 45 minutes away and wanted to scoop it and go. I was so excited. Upon arrival, my order was not ready which is fine, I don’t mind a small wait. However, given my order I paid extra for many add-ons such as adding cheese to my pasta and baking, adding a pepperoni pizza, and paid for extra sauces. I spent over $50. When my order was finally ready, the handed it to me with cold pain noodles and sauce on the side, nothing was baked. I had to park and go in bc my pizza was just missing. When I went in and showed my receipt, they told me they no longer had any pizza ready for me and just stared at me like I had lost it. I said okay, couldn’t you sub it for something else or do a refund? I am always understanding and know everyone has bad days. They then proceeded to tell me they’d bake me a fresh pepperoni pizza for “free” I said okay, so you’ll refund my card? They said no, “I don’t owe you nothing and you don’t owe me nothing basically.” I said, what do you mean? And showed them I PAID for a pizza. They explained to me it would be a 30-35 min wait, and no refund or discount. At this point I was aggravated but agreed. I waited and waited, as my other food went cold. I also explained how my pasta wasn’t put thru the oven which I paid a $3 charge for, the girl said it wasn’t her problem so I asked to speak to the manager. I kindly explained the situation , and she said “I’m sorry we are having an off day I can’t offer you any solutions.” The entire place smelled like marijuana, which whatever if you do your job right who cares but they couldn’t do any problem solving at all. I was never rude but left highly disappointed and the food was so nasty my kids never wanted to go back, and I don’t either. If they would’ve tried to apologize and just fix the issues, the extra 30 min wait when I had preordered would’ve been no biggie. But they acted like the problem was my issue not theirs, and made it my issue completely and just took the money with no remorse for screwing me over. I’ll never go back again.

I’ve lived in Valdosta for years and never tried Fazoli’s, but I stopped in Wednesday night for a quick meal and was not disappointed! Anthony was great and even recommended I download the Fazoli’s app to earn rewards from my purchase. Definitely will be returning!

Anthony is fantastic! My husband and I were dining in around 9:20, close to closing, and he was on top of everything. He took our order, got it out quickly, checked on us a few times, and even helped his team clean and break down the restaurant. He also recommended we try the ravioli since it is a limited time item. Great recommendation! He made our visit really enjoyable!

I often eat at the fazolis in Warner Robins Georgia and am never disappointed there. Me and my husband ate at the Valdosta fazolis with high hopes today due to our love for our regular fazolis. We’ve came here once before and my Alfredo had a vinegar like taste. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. They also had no tea. I figured I’d give it another try and we get there and they have yet again NO TEA so the worker says they will get me some and if it’s bitter I can have a refund . Fresh fazolis tea is always warm and I got a cold cup of tea that tastes like it expired last week. ON TOP of the fact it took an HOUR to get mine and my husbands food and breadsticks on the table. I’m not much of the type to leave a review but this was absolutely. Disappointing

It has been years since I've had Fazoli's... We were traveling from Florida and saw it off the interstate and wanted to try it. Man! Im gald we did! The breadsticks are unlimited if you're dining in, and addictively good. As a bonus the lady serving us was super nice. Overall, a great experience for something I haven't had in many years!
