    Found a hair in my coffee, returned the coffee, 3 workers reviewed the coffee and I was told to pull up to the second window. I got no apology just we will make you another one. I was not asking for them to shut the place down but a manager could have taken the time to address the situation with an apology or hell at least comp my coffee to stand on good service; when they made the coffee again someone wrote “ugly” on my cup; never going back again

    The person who the cashier was a nice person he had glasses and dark hair he took time to actually hear your order and this Dunkin actually made my drink right❤️👍

    Just came from the drive thru girl taking my order was very rude while ordering I decided to get the bucket of donuts specifically no jelly donuts anything else was fine I got my buffet and mainly jelly donuts in it I’m highly upset
