Called within minutes of placing the order to cancel it and they said they already made it so I have to pick it up. No way for me to reach their location so I said they need to cancel and put the money back on my card because I am not receiving any goods for that purchase so they are not fulfilling their end. Finally they agreed to put the funds back on my card and said I had nothing to worry about. Fast-forward a couple days and they posted the transaction to my account, essentially stealing my money. Disputed the charge and called corporate because they stole money from me. Hope you lose your franchise. Never ordering from DQ again.

The fries were so soggy and wasn’t hardly any in the box with the chicken strips. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place needs an upgrade.
