    Ordered banana splits... After we paid we were told they didn't have any bananas! Make sure you ask first. They agreed to put extra strawberry and hot fudge, but it wasn't enough to be worth the expensive cost. Should have gone to the Nashville store.

    I have stopped at this location on 5 different occasions and everytime they have gotten stuff wrong with my order today I just wanted a salad took 30 mins to get my salad and sweet tea which wasn't sweet tea it was coke also to see that the ranch cups were inside the salad bowl on top of the food I'm supposed to eat well not eat at another dairy queen is almost like they don't teach any one to do their job

    Popped in today to grab a cake, noticed the price I was charged vs their price list was more than what I should've been charged. Alerted the manager I believe who she was middle age lady with red shirt no name tag. Said I dont know why that price list is there all annoyed, I get it drive thru line was backed up but, still no reason for the attitude. If indeed she was the manager she needs to be retrained.
