  OMG...My husband and I was so upset with how we received our order. We got 2 blizzard where they didn't ask if we wanted a lid and the blizzard was melted. Let me not to forget to mention we both order sweet tea. I'm not sure who is putting the drinks together but both sweet teas had tea grounder at the bottom of the cup and it wasn't a little...my cup was fill with it...not my husband as much but mines was not drinkable. We made it clear that we will never eat there again. NEVER...They don't care about how they put your food together. That's why you have to be careful and check your order before pulling off. We arrive there 2 hours before closing and they had a line but no excuse. We didn't check to make sure everything was going to our liking. I will normally will check but i didn't. I will for now on EVERY TIME.

  Don’t waste your time. After the mean mugs from the kitchen they couldn’t fill my gravy up half way in the container. Also I’m not sure if the staff has a stench or there is a sewage leak. Enter at your own risk.

  Been 3 times, trying to go e them a chance, each time we were so disappointed! Burgers slapped together and swimming on mustard and ketchup, way to messy to eat, asked for lettuce was given the hard heart 🤮 fries were cold. They gave our sundaes to someone else and when asked for them was given attitude and acted put out, I know they gave them away because a man commented on why did it have peanut butter and choc. That is what I ordered. Will not be back, new management and or staff re- Training needed and restaurant so cold you can barley eat there and it is nasty inside!!! Would give -10 if I could

  The manager or supervisor allowed a new employee to try to run the front of house front counter on a busy night Thursday or Friday. We'll the supervisor or manager ran other things and the drive thru. The management should have helped the new employee like side by side training. She could not find the Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard in her system so I ordered a peanut butter cup and she gave me 2 blizzards. Someone else's and mine because they were 2 different peanut butter blizzards. The fries were very hot and good, but country gravy was watery thin and the toast was limp not toasted barely at all and saggy with fake butter spray. Get your services figured out, you had close to a full crew and still failed on many levels. I was a previous night manager at Sonic. Figure your stuff out

  Absolute chaos at Dairy Queen. As I walk in the store Drive-through employee was yelling and beating on the machine. After ordering my ice cream sat melting while I watched I asked for it no one would hand it to me. The ice machine was empty, so an employee poured ice from a bucket into our cups. An employee even asked my if her burger was in the microwave. My wife had to go behind the counter to get our food. Felt like a bad SNL skit. Avoid.
