  For starters there were at least 5 open tables the hosts said she would be right back to seat us and never came back. Our waitress took our order served us and never came back. My husband finally got up to get a second beer.dirty dishes left at tables for most of the evening

  When we walked in the server had a list of 10 items or so they were out of or couldn't make due to not having supplies. Watress was nice and attentive. Tables dirty

  NO MANAGEMENT-No one working either did not know how to take care of Customer or didn’t care too! They seemed over whelmed! It wasn’t busy! I ordered 10 wings. They said it would be an hour because the Uber Orders were ahead of mine! Now I remember why I stopped going to B-Dubs.

  Do you like playing a guessing game of how long you will wait or if they'll have food that you like in stock well step right up this is your place it's a guessing game whether your food will come out the same time as the rest of your party members or if maybe your freeze will come out and then your wings or your wings in your fries or hell they might not even have anything in stock that you want to eat I love Buffalo Wild Wings but I have a bad taste in my mouth from this one every time I go there it's something different every other one I've been to out of town is perfectly fine this one just has a bad management or something they can't get anything together somebody doesn't know how to order a truck people in the back always make mistakes The Waitresses do what they can but other than that I would say avoid this place and that hurts me because I really do enjoy the food it's just not worth a hassle

  Service is pure garbage! We showed up and were there so long, we called just so someone can come out from the back. Server didn’t understand what we wanted because according to her the register didn’t match the menu. She was not at all helpful. We finally got her to understand and help us. Took so long then the order was wrong. We asked another waiter to help us, he started arguing so we asked him to count the wings at which point he said ‘oh yeah’! We asked for a manager, and he said it would take a long time. We told him that we’re writing a bad review, he immediately went and got the manager. Manager came out and was initially rude but we explained. Manager explained that the waitress was right and said that we can “write our negative review or whatever” but it’s not their fault. Finally we took our food and left, and it tasted awful! Shocked that they’re still in business with so many other available options! Not going back there ever! Not worth it!!
