Don't even bother ordering ahead on the mobile app, you'll have to wait even longer than traditional ordering. Ordered 2 smothered steak biscuits with some fries. Arrived around 10:05, mobile app reported it'd be ready at 10:06. Didn't get my food until 10:22, whilst plenty of people were ordering and leaving with their food. Finally got our fries and we were ready to go. The fries were absolutely horrendous, I genuinely think they were the fries from the night before. My stray cats wouldn't even touch the fries. They had to be thrown away. And the sweet tea tastes like coffee, the least you could do is rinse the coffee maker before you make tea or use separate pots. I've had none of these issues at the Hahira location, it's only this west hill location that I've had problems. Love the franchise overall, hate this location. Also, the lady that made our fries used her barehands to open up the paper fry bags, a separate worker was using the tongs to do so. I'm not comfortable with bare hands that could be dirty, could be clean, touching my food. Please use gloves or the tongs like the other worker. Disgusting

Walked in and the the place had two customers already seated eating. Girl behind the counter looked at me and never said a word. I said hello and she quietly said hello back. Walked off and I stood there. No one ever came up front to help me. She then left the room and went to the bathroom while I continued to stand there and another worker just kept looking at me. I eventually walked out.

It’s Bojangles, so you know the food is good. What elevates this location to a different level, is clearly their leadership. They’re working together like a fine oiled machine. You can feel the kindness and respect to each other, and to their customers. I would choose this location over and over! This staff deserves recognition from corporate.

The workers were so gracious. We came down for the annual Special Olympics games, and they accommodated feeding all 4 of the Walton County teams, as well as the coaches and parents. They were quick and accurate, and provided the up most courtesy for us.
And then accommodated us for breakfast.
Thank you Bojangles crew, yall are the best.
Sincerely,
Walton County Special Olympics.
