    The food was great and the lady had to bring our food out because we had a lot. She was a great lady.

    My online order was incomplete. French Dip was missing the au jus sauce, which is kinda the entire premise of the French Dip. Ham & cheese slider was pretty gristly.

    There's a shift lead/manager that's been hired who ruins the experience at this location. The shift lead, I believe that her name is April, is verbally abusive to employees. She spent Friday night yelling and cursing at the young lady in drive-thru. So instead of doing her job and running the front properly or assisting, she continued to verbally abuse the young lady to the point where the young lady fell behind, mixed up orders, and was burned by oil from the fryer during the abuse from how much the young lady was shaking. Your shift lead's behavior was not only inappropriate but very illegal. After all, no employee should be injured due to an abusive manager. She was driving the young lady to tears. I believe that young lady left mid shift and she was right to. No employee should be abused by their supervisor. She deserved better than that horrible abuse. Terminate the bad manager and maybe you won't lose good workers.
