  I usually love 7 Brew, especially the one I used to work at, in my home town. But I’m not a huge fan of the one here. At this point, don’t ask for extra cold foam. They’re just going to charge you extra for it and give you the same amount. Maybe ask them to put the extra cold foam in a kids cup instead, so you can actually get what you’re paying for. I tried talking to them about it and all they said is that I’d have to pay another additional 75 cent for more cold foam… even though I already paid for the extra I didn’t get. I’m not sure if it’s the service, or the training, or what. The line wasn’t busy. Maybe I’m just crazy but I will be changing the way I ask for it now.

  I’ve been here about 3 times now and the first 2 times were pretty good but this last time, honestly disappointing. I had ordered a large cookie butter with no ice because I wanted to save it for the next day since it was night time and I live about 40 minutes away so they asked if I wanted the drink I think it was topped half so half the drink with the right measurements or filled to the top with milk. Of course I wanted topped half because I didn’t want milk with a hint of coffee so I asked for it half. Well they messed up my drink and gave me it filled with milk so my husband told them it’s wrong and explained it. Well they asked if I still wanted it remade and yeah of course I want it remade because it’s not what I wanted, it’s just milk with a hint of coffee. Well they “remade” the drink in like 3 seconds because I’m very sure all they did was dump some of the drink out making it seem like it’s half way and remade like how I originally wanted it. I even tried it and yeah just pure milk with a hint of coffee. I was so disappointed and upset I didn’t even bother, I should’ve gone back for a refund but at that point I was so upset and annoyed at the laziness.

  Got the “cinnamon roll” breve with dark chocolate instead of white chocolate (I typically like these flavors together, the cinnamon and stuff) and the lemon poppy seed muffin top. Muffin top in plastic was handed to me pretty much freezing cold and drink was handed to me looking like a watered down greyish-colored milk! Ew it had NO flavor, and the hint of a flavor that was there was just disgusting! And can you please warm up the muffin top atleast a little?! What in the world, 7Brew? EDIT: I took out the pricing qualm, it’s not that big of a deal. Also, the photos I uploaded were from my first visit at 7 Brew. The plastic cup from the visit I am discussing in this review looked like greyish watered down milk.

  Went for the first time a few weeks ago and got a frozen strawberry matcha that was absolutely amazing! My fiancee and I went again and I got an iced matcha with vanilla and extra matcha and it was awful. Little to no matcha flavor, not sweet at all, and very watered down. Turned around and drove back over and asked the nice woman in the drive thru if I could get something else instead. I ordered a frozen matcha extra sweet with watermelon. This one too was no flavor, not sweet, very watered down. I commend the employees for trying to make it right. After two trips through the crazy drive thru line and waiting a combined total of around 30 minutes, I left dissatisfied with the matchas that I threw away and went to red owl and bought a delicious matcha. I'd come back for the coffee, but I'll never order a matcha from here again

  The coffee here and service is amazing!! Would I come back? Honestly, I’d only come back here if they weren’t busy. While I am ecstatic about having a 7 Brew here, I’d love to talk to whoever designed the crappy lot situation. The vision is there, not the execution. I’m sure when they aren’t busy and there’s only a few cars in line, it probably isn’t a big deal. They’ve got a great idea trying to copy Chick Fil A BUT it is horrendous on a weekend. Putting a good coffee shop smack dab in the middle of a busy shopping center was a dumb idea. There’s very little you can do if you aren’t even trying to get in line, but stuck trying to leave the Hobby Lobby parking lot. I will say the line moved pretty fast during the rush hour so keep that in mind as well. Overall, the coffee is great, the workers are nice, but the layout sucks.
