  5 stars for the lady that started my order and a negative 3 for the guy that completed my order. I feel sorry for the people that has to work around him all day. And why is he handling food and money? People save your sanity and money and go somewhere else that values you, your time and your money because this chipotle doesn’t.

  This place was disgusting. The bathrooms were filthy with toilet paper all over the floor. They were completely out of white rice when I got there, and within five minutes they were also out of brown rice. “We don’t have any rice and it will be a 45 minute wait.” They also proceeded to laugh when more people came in because of their lack of food ingredients. On multiple occasions customers were ignored and not served. For example my friend went up to the register to order a drink. The woman working the register saw him and walked away. When she came back he asked for a drink and she walked away to another man who walked into the establishment. She hugged him (with her food serving gloves on) and touched his clothes. Overall, the workers were slow and rude. I can tolerate service without a smile. Poor service and no smile is ridiculous. I do not recommend eating here, especially when there are plenty of other options around. I’m extremely disappointed considering Chipotle holds themselves to a high standard.

  Couple things here. I can start on a good note by saying the food was fine, but that's about it. Appearance: The bathrooms were gross and the environment overall was dirty. Not a good place to dine in or use a quick bathroom break. The soft-drink fountain was all destroyed and there was basically only water. Staff: The crew was clearly less-than mediocre and poorly trained. There was no steak, no white rice, and they eventually ran out of brown rice, chips, and some vegetables all within a couple of minutes. The staff seemed to find that pretty funny rather than getting the problem solved. 😐 My buddy who went up to the register went to see about purchasing a drink. There was a lady who went to serve him up until her boyfriend decided to show up in which that was her new priority. This interaction occurred with her food gloves still on, keep in mind. Honestly, just go to a Wendy's down the road. Don't waste your money on something that will inevitably have no rice or other accessories. 😃 youre welcome...

  Worst chipotle experience we’ve ever had. Line was out the door. Trash cans overflowing. Women’s bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. Tables were unclean. Workers were extremely rude and had no customer service. They acted like it was the hardest thing to take our order or hand us a water cup; literally staring blankness at my face until we said what we wanted. Chips were stale and guacamole was clearly not fresh, as well.

  We came in for the bogo hour We assumed the line would be long but not only did we wait 35 mins in line, when we got up there to order they had told us they completely ran out of rice… that we had to wait another 15 mins. So we did, and in that 25 mins, only ONE person was in the back making food , the other 4 , PLUS THE MANAGER, were just standing in front talking and laughing making jokes and playing around , not to mention the attitude from one worker in front who was a male towards the line of people waiting for them to make food to serve. Then after 55 mins total in this store they skimped on rice, skimped me on meat (half scoop) , didn’t have half the ingredients. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. The manager needs to be fired and they need to promote the cook, because he was the only person doing his job.
