I understand cook times and that it was close to the end of breakfast. The very nice employee in the drive thru brought me my food in a bag with my name and order on it, so naturally I assume it’s correct. After pulling away, I check the bag and the two biscuits are missing and replaced with two chicken sandwiches. I turned around and pulled back in the parking lot at 10:36. Six minutes after they quit serving breakfast. When I tell them that I got the wrong food, they come back with I can come back tomorrow and get the biscuts then, or I can just substitute them for sandwiches. If I wanted the sandwiches, I would’ve just kept them. I wanted chicken biscuits. At this point they can tell I’m upset, I went to turn around and walk out, then they finally offered me a refund. I kept walking because I was already upset that they essentially told me to go fly a kite with the first option that was repeated 3 times to just come back tomorrow. Maybe I got too upset but I didn’t like being told to come back tomorrow as the first option.
