  The Compliant below this one that is the guy- The manager who would not give me his name!!! Union City Papa Johns 4548 Jonesboro Road Suite B, Union City GA has a manager there that refuses to give his name. He is rude and have no customer service etiquETTE. No accountability FOR POOR SERVICE. I ordered online at 6:40- I got a message pizza was ready approx 7:00. I left my house-- Got To Pappa Johns by 7:10 in Papa Johns stood for 30 mins- pizza is not ready- after he annoucement my pizza was in the oven-- then 15 min later he called out he needed a large double pepporoni. I thought to myself that is my pizza. I still remain calm. After 10 mins I asked if my pizza was done still No.. The Manager then asked what should he do. I said first take accountablity. I have been coming to the same place for over a decade and never had problems until now. The lady called my name- and I got the pizza. Manager was upset I got the pizza behind the counter already paid for. (I think he did this on purpose from the last interaction) I am about to fall out because I had been standing now for an hour. The Manager got very agrumentative then I told him I have been waiting for over an hour, you lied about the pizza being in oven, and the app told me the pizza was ready over an hour ago. This Manager is nasty and very rude, very agrumentive he holds no accountability for his store not having the pizzas ready. The Manager who refuses to give me his name and told me to LOOK HIM up! He is tall African American male-- about 6'2- 6'4-- Slender build This Manager was giving out false information saying the pizzas are in the oven when they weren't. I watched him agrue with a door dasher lady for 30 mins because the same concern being told the pizza is ready and it is not. Someone need to get to Union City and give consumer service classes ASAP and assess the communcation issues with this Manager has. This is unacceptable. This is my second interaction with the same manager. I WILL NOT GO TO THIS PAPPA JoHNs ever AGAIn. Look at my pizza hx. I have been a customer a long time for over a decade. Never had problems until now. First interaction I was waiting patiently-- I was observing the food preparer after the food comes out of the oven with NO GLOVES or Foot Tongs- she was picking up the chicken wings with her bare hands/fingers. Then she walked to the cash register to address a client. So I watched. When I saw the Manager come out I politely notified him the food preparer has no gloves on and going between the food and the register. She should stay with the food. He then proceed to argue with me asking me if she handled money--I told him no but she shouldn't be coming up to the register at all if she is the food preparer--she didn't wash her hands, no gloves. He yells NO Papa johns uses gloves you can ask all the Papa Johns-No one uses gloves. We then started yelling back and forth and another customer agreed what I was trying to tell him. The manager would not listen and started to get into a heated argument with the other customer. It was very bad the customer had to storm out the building because the Manager called the police. This manager does not know how handle or use effective communication to de-esculate problems. This Manager need Proper TRAINING in Customer Service Etiquette and learn how to take ownership of my concern of cross contamination. Instead the Manager became very agumentative and refuse to address the situation. INSTEAD he was trying to prove his point and trying to prove me wrong that his employee didn't do anything wrong since no money was exchanged. I hope this gets to the upper management and the highest management to see I am warning you all this Manager who refused to give me his name-- he is Tall African American Male- Slender build-- appprox 6.2-6.3 in in height. His Pappa Johns communication skills are very poor and dangerous to the public.

  “When I walked into this Papa John’s, one of the associates told me my order would be ready in 5 minutes, but it ended up taking 15. While I was trying to talk to him, the manager was on a personal call on his cell phone, not even talking to a customer. When I tried to let him know about the delay, he became aggressive right away, and it escalated quickly. When my order was finally ready, he placed it on the counter, but as I reached for it, he yelled at me not to touch it until he said it was ready. When he snatched the box from my hand, his forearm aggressively hit my forearm. The other employees just watched him yell and snatch the box, and it seems as if he has an issue with women, as this is not the first time he’s had this kind of interaction. If these things continue to happen, who knows what this man is capable of. It was really upsetting, and I won’t be returning to this location.”
