He definitely made my experience so unpleasant. I asked for his name so that i could make a complaint, he refused. He’s not wearing a name tag so i couldn’t give it. Also refused to give me a number to make a complaint. He called me names and made a sexual gesture towards me. I will never EVER return her.
- BBBriaDec 28, 20251.0I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I NEED TO SPEAK WITH CORPORATE! I ordered a pizza and wings online for pick up . Everything was to be cooked well done. When I arrived no one acknowledged my presence or greeted me and there were 4 people on staff. As I was looking around wondering if I was invisible I saw a staff member making pizza with her BARE HANDS ! She actually grabbed a handful of pineapples, sprinkled them across the pizza & dug her had into another container of toppings! The ‘cashier’ then walked up, asked my name and grabbed my items from a shelf .. not a hot box, not from under a heating lamp, just a shelf. I asked him if he would tell the young lady to wear gloves when handling food and he told me they have a no glove policy or bare hand policy or something & that the other staff member I saw only had gloves on because she had a cut. When I arrived home 5 mins later my pizza was cold & burnt, my wings were cold & soggy and I’m mad I’m reading the rest of these reviews now instead of before I spent my money.

After waiting about 20 minutes for an order, after i asked about the man in the front never responded as if i wasn't there or like i never said anything. It really sucks to be treated like not a person 😞

We spent over $2k for food for these events. I called the manager each day before to make sure it was on-time. I even gave them a 15 minute window. The second order I had to send someone to pick it up 30 minutes after it should have been delivered. Horrible customer service and experience.
